- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

July 2026Un lugar poco recomendable por la ubicación, la lavadora nunca funcionó en el mes de estancia que estuvimos, me ofrecieron servicio de lavandería, pero en realidad desconfío de estos. Me hicieron un cobro por un perro de tamaño pequeño que llevaba, nunca nadie me dijo nada de esto, pero como tienen mi tarjeta ellos lo cobraron…… el dueño acudía cada semana con posibles compradores de su departamento para ofrécelo e invadía la privacidad, incluyendo que en ocasiones no estábamos y en la casa había cosas de valor de nosotros !
