Hayground Villa | Water Mill | Luxury French Villa w/ Saltwater Pool

Jay was an exceptional host. The house was literally out of a magazine and you could just tell that no expense had been spared on this property. Even the furniture was all new and top notch. Jay was very responsive and the house was the perfect location that allowed me to get to everywhere I needed to be in the hamptons within 10 minutes even with all the traffic. Will definitely come back again!

Jay’s place was perfect for my summer vacation in the Hamptons. The house is brand new which is rare in that location and it looks even better in person. I can’t speak highly enough about Jay. He is so attentive and super responsive in helping me and my friends out during the stay. The pool and jacuzzi are fabulous. The furniture and light fixtures are top of the line. The house has a great sound system and all the mod cons necessary for a superb summer vacation close to the beach. I will definitely go back next summer.

Exemplary house. Forget being IN a magazine, every room fits on the COVER of a magazine. Meticulously kept & decorated. I wish I didn’t have to leave, I will be back. Classy, elegant & chic. Just can’t say enough. You get the feel of being in a model home. If you’re seeking peace, serenity & relaxation. Here it is.. above the normal hamptons house. Location is awesome, center of all hamptons towns.. ,, bridgehampton commons shopping center has all you need… Jay is an amazing host, fits the house… lol. attentive & responsive, not that much is needed once your here. Everyone of my guests as well felt the same.

Our familiy enjoyed the perfect stay as we staged the marriage weekend for our son and his bride. The resulting pictures were beautiful at the French Villa! The finishes and amenities were as described, we especially enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub. Jay was a great host providing instructions and open communication. Thank you!

Wonderful home, will be back for sure!

We couldn’t speak more highly of Jay. When we had questions or concerns even before check in, he responded immediately. Everything was taken care of. The house is beautiful and even nicer looking than the pictures. We loved hanging out by the pool and barbecuing. We also loved the amenities. Super clean and just perfect! We would definitely go back. Thanks Jay!
