Fenix living - Henry street apartment was a good monthly experience. We brought our two dogs and loved the space and area except for a few things. We would absolutely book it again💯 We noticed that the place was a lot more lived in than the photos. The photos might have been taken years ago. The furnishings, fixtures everything feels more used and could be refreshed and repainted. In part of our stay the host did order some new stuff so this might be fixed. We also noticed that the space itself was very drafty. We stayed in a historically cold month and the space heaters helped out a lot but the windows were very old, unsealed, and the entire apartment wasn’t well insulated. The area is very desirable with a 5 minute walk to the subway, 5 minute walk to Atlantic’s ave, and 10 minute walk to the promenade. The entry using the latch app was great. The room is up 2 long flights of stairs so get ready for some cardio. WiFi is great for work from home with multiple people.

Great experience. Location can’t be beat. Close to the action of Atlantic Ave, quick walk to all the shops and restaurants on Montague. Everything from grocery stores, to subway, to restaurants and retail was very accessible. The apartment itself…just off a refresh.Everything appeared brand new. Kitchen was well stocked with high end cookware and supplies. Bed was comfortable, furnishings were very nice. Henry Street is relatively quiet, but with the apartment on the courtyard side, not street side, it is even quieter. Courtyard trees in bloom were an additional treat. Management company was great. Check in was a breeze and being able to use our phones for access was very easy. We had two minor maintenance issues that needed attention. Both happened after hours. We texted our need and both times the issue was fixed the next morning. Things to know………it’s New York. Second floor walk up is 37 stairs. Bedroom layout with step requires some agility. We loved it and will stay again.
