December 2024You couldn’t ask for a better location than Brooklyn Heights. It is the most beautiful neighborhood. Everything you need is close by. If you want to go into Manhattan, it is a 9 minute walk to the subway and then it is a quick ride into the city. If you want to stay in Brooklyn, the promenade is a few blocks away and you can walk it all the way to DUMBO. The apartment is very nice. You have everything you need, but we wanted a few more things to make us feel more cozy. We bought a few extra bath towels, some hand towels, and a throw blanket for some extra comfort during our stay.
We loved our time on Henry Street.

September 2024Had a great time staying at Henry House. Classic Brooklyn brownstone street. Restaurants very close by and walkable distance to the subway. Highlights - walking down to water front (Pier 5) in the evening to view the Manhattan skyline, having great food at local bars, taking our dog to Cobble Hill Park to have a picnic.
Property was well looked after and has a very classical and stylized interior that we loved. Apartment has small desk and is on the garden side of the house(quiet) , so makes working from home quite doable. Stable internet was appreciated. Kitchen is clean and functional. Bathroom likewise.
Amanda, Alexis and Jay were very responsive and ensured we had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for the business or leisure traveler!

March 2023Henry street is the best! It's a super charming space in one of the dreamiest neighborhoods in New York. Alexis and Jay are quick to respond, friendly and helpful. It's hard to overstate how nice it is to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer in NYC. The apartment is really quiet and peaceful, plus the neighbors have a bird feeder so birds and squirrels visit your balcony. Don't hesitate to book this place!

August 2022My wife and I just moved to NY and spent our first 2 months in this apartment. The place is very cozy, exactly like in the pictures and will provide you a great stay. We loved the neighborhood, it's calm, full of beautiful places to walk around and packed with great restaurants and small bars. Every time we needed support the hosts would help immediately and do all they could to improve our stay. I'm sure you won't regret staying here!

June 2023The apartment is nicely laid out with thoughtful designer touches. It looks into a private garden , which from the middle of April is essentially a wall of green. The place is quiet and doesn't even feel like NYC -- when you want to take a little break from it all.

January 2023Highly recommend this apartment! We stayed for a month and a half at Fenix’s place. The place is exactly as pictured and has a decent amount of space for a NY apartment. The apartment is also extremely well-equipped. We had everything we needed to cook most days and the host even left us some great additions like green tea and coffee. The apartment is also about 5 blocks from a beautiful walkway by the water with a number of parks and an incredible view of Manhattan, which we took advantage of every morning. Thanks for the great stay!
