- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

September 2025We loved our month at Highline Terrace. Initially worried about the location being too far from the train, the location wound up being one of our favorite things. The building was nice, quiet and well taken care of. The apartment itself is good space. Some improvements could be made with the lighting and the overall wear and tear of the place but it's still a very nice apartment. Be aware the bedrooms are on top of each other and have frosted doors so if privacy is needed not a ton there. Rove was very easy to deal with and whatever small issue came up their response time was incredible. We were impressed with Rove and would rent from them again.
