Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats up to 6 guests, a loft space above the living room with a private closet, workstation, and a comfortable sleeping nook with a full sized bed. Please note that the loft has no door, but is very private. The master bedroom features two twin beds set up as a queen, and an extra sleeper sofa in a walk-through room from the master bedroom. For safety and convenience, this brownstone building features security surveillance and staff upon request.

A refundable credit card hold is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay ($5,000 credit hold for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer). A credit card is required for processing, and the hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 7 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.

Please note that replacement holds will be made every 7th day of the hold but until being released 48 hours after your departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after our release.
