What to expect
POOL MAINTENANCE & HEATING ADD-ON ($20/Day)
*** The Pool is beautifully open to the outside without a screen enclosure. Due to this open concept a few leaves may fall into the pool between professional cleanings. Professional Pool Maintenance is conducted every Tuesday & Friday weather permitting. A Pool Bot, Brush and Net are available for Guest use in between cleanings.
*** Heated Pool Option must be communicated 3 Days prior to arrival for ability to heat prior to arrival. This Add-On Option is $20 per day of desired use.
PLEASE NOTE: A Pool Heater requires temperatures of 60° or higher to pull warmth out of the air and heat the pool. With 2 - 3 consecutive days of temperatures 50° or lower, the heater will not operate and naturally goes into defrost mode until warmer temperatures are experienced. This rarely happens for a few days in December and January. Please reach out to us to assist you in knowing if water temperatures are satisfactory during these times.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
