The place looks exactly like the photos and Everything was clean. I had trouble when i arrived with the door code but they quickly responded and everything worked out. A couple issues i had inside were easily resolved. Everything i needed was available in the unit. I was working at Columbia hospital and it was only a 10 minute walk which was convenient. The subway stop at 168th and 175th are both a 10 minute walk. There isn’t much to do in the area so i found myself taking the train downtown on my days off which is why i did not stay longer. Very hard to find parking on the street or neighborhood and many broken down cars that never move on that street as well as surrounding streets. Moving out was Difficult because there was nowhere to park and the snow banks were so high we had to bring all our things to the end of the street. There is tile on the front entrance patio which gets very slippery in snow or rain. Hopefully that is taken care of for future tenants.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Rove was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Instructions were clear and everything was as pictured. Very spacious apartment for NYC and convenient to the train. Rove was a great host and very responsive to our questions.

If you need a home away from home in NYC for a family or a group of friends book this place. It's in a great location and easy to get anywhere in the city on the 1 train. It's close to grocery, Riverside park, street parking is easy, and the back yard is a real treat.

The two-bedroom layout is incredibly spacious, allowing ample room for a small family. The living area is beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Rove was incredibly accommodating and responsive. They provided detailed information about the property and the area - attention to detail and guest satisfaction is something they truly care about!
