Sleeping Spaces
Guests are free to walk around the property to take in views of the lake
The wooden deck/patio at the back of the main house is for the owner only and off limits to guests. However, guests can use the rest of the backyard including the bench and the picnic table and private dock to take in the views of the lake. Additional chairs/seating may be available on request and subject to availability
There are cameras installed around the exterior of the property only. No changes/tampering allowed to the cameras
Ring window and door contact sensors are installed for additional security
Please keep windows closed when running heat or cooling to keep utilities within acceptable limits. Keeping windows open while running heat and cooling could result in an additional charge of $50 per night
Keypad installed on garage for open/close of the garage door
Self check in after 9pm local time
No changes or tampering to the locks
Smoking prohibited. Remediation fines will be applied per estimates.
Additional guests are permitted on payment of additional $50 per guest per day. Fee is applicable even if the additional guest does not stay for the night
Owners will be onsite during your stay. There is a separate staircase to the rented bedrooms to maintain privacy. Owners will be in the separate section of the home to maintain privacy of guests
Owner assumes no liability for risk and injuries while on the property. Guests are expected to exercise due caution when residing at the property and guests assume full liability for any accidents, risks, and injuries while staying at the property

Mini fridge available. Please plug it into the power supply to turn on

Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
