- Community fees are not included in your booking price and will be added after owner receive your registration details.
- In-Season (Memorial Day–Labor Day): $8.50 per guest (age 6+) per night
- Off-Season: $2.00 per guest (age 6+) per night
- Vehicle Fee: $20 per vehicle, per stay (max 8)
- Day Visitors: $8.50 per guest, per day
- An administration fee is already included in your booking. Bookings made less than 3 days before check-in require a $100 rush administration fee. Same-day bookings are not accepted.
- All fees and registration info must be submitted at least 3 days before arrival. Late submissions may result in denied entry.
- Membership provides access to community amenities, including pools, lakes, beaches, and recreational facilities. Fees are required and non-refundable, even if amenities are closed.
- Owner handles registration and will request guest and vehicle details after booking.
