- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

May 2024Beautiful apartment in an incredible location -- walkable to SO many things and you'll look forward to coming home as well. Super comfortable to hang out, huge kitchen to cook in, sweet outdoor space (super rare in NYC obviously). Would love to stay here again, a perfect place to be in NYC!
