An excellent architecture and design apartment! You’ll be trilled about the space, probably like no other in the hole area. I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s the best vacations that we ever had. Neighborhood and location are also perfect. You won’t regret it.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment. It was stunning - in pristine condition and super clean, organized and thoughtfully set up. We particularly enjoyed - - The location. It was walkable to one of the best parts of Brooklyn including beautiful restaurants, the waterfront for skyline views, the L and G subways, McCarren Park and McGolrick Park for playgrounds and outdoor space. It felt like the perfect area to be amongst the energy of BK, but also private and serene when you went back home. - The light, windows and feeling in the apartment. With the high ceilings and huge windows, the apartment always had beautiful light and felt like such a great space. The tree outside makes you feel like you’re in the middle of the park, giving gorgeous dappled light. The outdoor spaces were private, comfortable + very spacious. It doesn’t get much better. - The care and thought put into the apartment by the hosts, who were extremely helpful + communicative as well

A design oasis in Williamsburg Together with my wife and our little poodle Vincent we stayed here for 4 weeks to discover New York City. It’s an amazing apartment with a wonderful taste in design and decoration. Ralf and Nin thought about everything so we haven’t missed anything in the household. Also the kitchen is perfectly prepared for cooking. The neighbors are kind and you hear no noise from their apartments since the building insulation must be very good. We stayed here in winter so we didn’t spent time on the patio but it must be very nice in summer! Especially for us with our dog it was the perfect place to stay, since you only need 5 minutes of walk to the nearest park including dog runs (which are so much fun for human and dogs) and it’s not that crowded like Manhattan. All in one: great experience and engaged landlords. We would love to stay here again!

Ralf and Nin place is beautifully designed, clean and feels very homely. Easily one of the best if not the best place I’ve stayed in. The surrounding trees onlooking the balconies, tall ceilings and modern finishings make the home feel like you want to live in it long term. Thanks for being accomodating and great hosts.

We spent 8 weeks at Ralf’s home in Brooklyn. From booking through our whole stay Nin and Ralf were responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment was lovely, well designed and in an amazing location.

If you are looking for the Greenpoint experience, this is it. A block from park, beautifully designed and comfortable home with high ceilings and great outdoor space… this is it. Ralf was beyond helpful, responsive, and enjoyable to communicate with. Thanks so much - my dog cooper and I stayed for two months it was A+++ will stay again
