- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

December 20255 Star for a long term apartment rental. Apartment is clean, fresh, comfortable, with nice appliances! The location was so fun and convenient. It is close to cafes, great restaurants, bodegas, uptown, midtown, shopping you name it!!! Last, Rove was so helpful if we needed anything.

August 2024This property is roomy and clean. The prime location of the apartment was perfect for taking the dogs on a walk every morning in Central Park. You have two subway stations very close for easy navigation through out Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens and countless restaurants steps from your front door. You also have access to a roof top lounge area with table and chairs to enjoy a meal or an evening cocktail.
The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, three baths, fully stocked with cleaning supplies, toiletries and Nespreso pods.
Management was easy to reach and would respond in minutes via text about any questions or issues.
We will definitely be back.
