- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

November 2025The property was exactly what we expected and worked perfectly for our needs. The kitchen had every small appliance needed plus some and the work stations were a very nice touch! The maintenance was very responsive when needed. I would definitely stay here again!

December 2024Hi, we stayed at this apartment for 5 weeks, with 4 people. The apartment is great, big enough and located on Lexington and 62nd. During daytime there is a lot going on outside, but at night it's calm.
The apartment is better equipped than most others, it has enough kitchenware to really cook (some only have the real basics, nothing more). Enough shampoo, soap, towels, etc.
We had some difficulties during our stay, but Rove took care as soon as we reported this.
