- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

August 2026We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described in the Airbnb listing—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic, just an easy 7–10 minute walk to Central Park, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and subway stations nearby.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. The hosts were always incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.
We stayed for a month and felt completely at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a fantastic location with wonderful hosts.

November 2025The property was exactly what we expected and worked perfectly for our needs. The kitchen had every small appliance needed plus some and the work stations were a very nice touch! The maintenance was very responsive when needed. I would definitely stay here again!
