• Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

• This property only allows a 12-month term minimum, up to 24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.
• This property requires a condo board application and approval for all reservations. Additionally, the property requires owner approval, and is subject to completion of the background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.
• Please note that this residence does not offer an in-unit washer and dryer. A paid washer and dryer are available for guest use in the building lobby.

Security Deposit Policy:

• Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
