Malibu Sky View Estate | Malibu Hills | Private Estate with Pool & Mountain Views

Fantastic house, incredible views, responsive & helpful host… our weekend was perfect, and we will definitely rent this house again in the future.

Scenery/views are 5/5. Cleanliness is 1/5 as of 8/25/26. We brought a significant amount of issues related to amenities, cleanliness, rodent issues and more to their attention. Some issues have been brought up in previous reviews dating back to last year. Hosts brush it off and didn’t take accountability for anything we brought up. Keep that in mind, as no reimbursement is being offered currently.

Great venue and location for a large group. We had a great time. House was very nice but would have been exceptional with some upgrades/repairs and updates. Had the potential to be idyllic but there was lots of disruption from local construction and landscaping services around the property.

The space was genuinely beautiful. The views were insane. But the cleanliness was atrocious. Trash left over, dust and dirt, and worst of all rodents and ants. Ants permeated every level of the house, and were in every single room. We saw a rodent in the house during check in as well. Would not reccomend staying here if these things are not fixed.

Great stay at Nadia's peaceful home in Malibu! Accomodated our group of 15 well. Nadia was very responsive and easy to work with. She made sure any questions were answered quickly. I would stay again.

We had a perfect getaway. Thank you!
