Thank you Matthew, for hosting us at your flat! 🎶🌺🙏🏽 We enjoyed the location- spectacular!! Walkable to Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, many restaurants and stores- so convenient! Plenty of space. Matthew was very Communicative- all in all- we had a fabulous stay! I would highly recommend this place! 🪅🌻🦋🐞

I got married in New York and booked this place for my family and I for the wedding week. Shortly before arrival, we were booked into another place, but it was only one block from the original place. This also looked exactly like the pictures. So no problem at all. The sofa bed was a bit hard, but Matthew put a new topper with a new blanket in front of the door within a very short time. He responds immediately, thank you again! The place is nice, but the interior is a bit old and could be renovated. The carpet in the living room has a lot of large stains and the dresser in the bedroom was already falling apart a bit. All electrical appliances worked great. The area has been really great. Very safe and quiet. If you were to modernize the place from the inside, it would be really great.

This brownstone was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. The location couldn't have been better - we were within walking distance of fantastic bars and restaurants and the park, and subway access made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos. The space worked wonderfully for our trip, with plenty of room for everyone to gather and relax together - and a great kitchen to work with. Our host was fantastic - responsive and in touch throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip. Would definitely book again and recommend to other families looking for a great stay in Brooklyn!
