Home Truths
- The pool and hot tub will be closed for the winter season from October 23rd, 2023 and will reopen on a to-be-determined date in the Spring of 2024.
- Landscaping, seasonal pool maintenance, and pest control maintain periodic service schedules that may take place during your stay.
- If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee.
- The jacuzzi jets in the primary bathroom are not functional.
- This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored.
Parking Details: - Cars can park in the driveway of the property and there is plenty of space for parking. The garage is not accessible.

Cancellation Policy
Rove has the following cancellation policy:
- All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
- Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
- Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.
