Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $150 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Home Truths:

• Please note that bookings at this property are restricted to guests aged 30 and over.
• Parties are strictly prohibited, and any request to exceed the maximum occupancy will require owner approval.
• Please note the pool is serviced on Tuesdays during the open season, and both the pool and hot tub are closed during the winter months.
• Landscaping, seasonal pool maintenance, and pest control maintain periodic service schedules that may take place during your stay.
• The pool and hot tub are currently closed and will be guest-ready starting May 21, 2026. They are open seasonally and, weather permitting, may remain open through the end of September and potentially into mid-October.
• Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.
• If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.
• The jacuzzi jets in the primary bathroom are not functional.
• Please note, a required propane fee of $75 per day applies to all stays.
• Parking Details: Cars can park in the driveway of the property and there is plenty of space for parking. The garage is not accessible.
• As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
