This residence is located within a luxury residential building. Guests are expected to respect building policies, quiet hours, and fellow residents at all times.

Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.

For security and building compliance, all guests must be registered prior to arrival. A valid government-issued ID is required for each guest, and a building registration form must be completed and signed before check-in. All information is handled securely and used solely for registration purposes in accordance with building requirements.
