Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

The pool is open seasonally (2026 Pool closure date: September 28th). It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.

Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.

The tennis court is now open and available for guest use.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
