Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval.

Home Truths:

• Pool heating is currently unavailable at this time. Once available there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.
• Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.
• The property is on the market for sale, and in-person tours may be required during your stay. Guests will be informed when tours may take place. We will schedule tours with at least 24 hours notice.
• Open houses might also be required, and in those cases, guests will be asked to vacate the property. Please consider this before booking this specific property.
• The tennis court is now open and available for guest use.

Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
