Moon Valley Oasis | Phoenix | Home with Pool, Spa, Golf & Mountain Views
Moon Valley's fun backyard for friends and families: pool, spa, mini golf & game room all in one private escape.
3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 and is designed for families who want to actually do things together. Mornings start with coffee on the covered patio with mountain views. Days fill up fast: mini golf, game room battles, lawn games, and the pool. Evenings wind down around the propane fire pit under the desert sky. It's the kind of trip kids talk about for years.

Service animals:
As a reminder, we have the following guidelines for guests traveling with service animals:

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their service animal during their stay.
• Service animals must remain under the handler's control at all times, either by leash, harness, tether, or reliable voice/sight commands.
• Service animals must be taken outside for bathroom breaks. Indoor pee pads are not permitted. Guests are expected to clean up after their service animals and provide their own waste disposal supplies. Waste should be securely bagged and disposed of in the black garbage bins located outside. Please do not dispose of animal waste inside the home.
• Service animals are not permitted on furniture, beds, countertops, or other surfaces unless doing so is necessary to perform a trained task related to the handler's disability.
• For health and sanitation reasons, service animals are not permitted in the swimming pool or hot tub. Guests are responsible for ensuring their service animal remains out of the water and away from pool and spa equipment.
• Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), comfort animals, therapy animals, and pets are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are not afforded the same access rights as trained service animals.
• Arizona law prohibits knowingly misrepresenting a pet or emotional support animal as a service animal. Misrepresentation may result in legal consequences, including a misdemeanor under applicable Arizona law. We expect all guests to comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding service animals.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
