Mulberry House II | Nolita | Cozy Studio

This apartment was clean, remodeled and extremely comfortable given the location and most of the old-world micro housing options that are available. This one is small, but it’s so well remodeled that all the modern conveniences and luxurious surfaces are present. The bathroom was incredible. No more stupid bathtubs, but an incredibly relaxing shower chamber that had excellent water pressure and scalding heat when you needed it. The place was short on towels, hand towels and washcloths though so I had to buy my own. This is a five star space no doubt and that’s the rating for sure, but be warned about the area if you are staying. This place is expensive and super high society! There are SO MANY people walking, shopping, dining and sightseeing on Mulberry St that the moment you step out the front door of the main house (not the apartment building because it’s in the carriage house behind the main house), you are slammed by a tidal wave of people.

I stayed a month, and I just can’t believe how wonderful this little place is. The location is perfect, the building was a back unit, so it was quiet and very secure. Mulberry Market is on the corner, the local restaurants are amazing, and the subway is incredibly close. The nicely decorated apartment has everything you need for an extended stay— great shower, comfy bed and full kitchen. Also, the tenants in the other units are really friendly and pet positive. I couldn’t be happier.

Staying at Fenix’s place has by far been my best experience booking with Airbnb yet! I normally stay in NYC for months at a time, multiple times a year. Their place has been my favorite. I will definitely be staying at Fenix’s place next time I’m in NYC!

My stay was amazing - Could not recommend Fenix's place more. Apartment was clean, location is 10/10, and the bathroom was so big/spacious! (for NYC have to call this out). Host was responsive, both my check in and check out times were flexible, and I would definitely stay here again. Do not hesitate booking!
