What to expect
- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge.
- Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- Please note that both fireplaces on the ground floor are for decorative purposes only and cannot be used.
- The pool is open seasonally and will close on October 12, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
- Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and temperature is kept at 75°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
- The home is just a short walk from the beach. For guests who wish to drive, parking passes are available for $50 per day.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- From October–April, the bathroom above the garage is closed to protect plumbing from freezing. All other bathrooms remain fully available.

October 2026We loved staying at this house! The rental was spacious and allowed for our whole group to relax, spread out, and enjoy the weekend without being on top of each other. The close proximity to the beach was so lovely, we walked to the coast each morning and it was an excellent start to each day. The property is also within walking distance to town, which was also convenient. We enjoyed the pool and patio area in the sun, and made and enjoyed many meals together in the kitchen and dining room.We were appreciative of the very clean rooms and entire space, the basement gym setup, and the many bathrooms. It was a very luxurious stay!
