Security Deposit Policy:
A refundable credit card hold of $5,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.

- Please note that playing loud music is strictly prohibited at this property. Guests must also keep noise levels low in the backyard, especially when children are present, out of respect for the neighbors. Failure to follow these rules will result in a fine.
- Please note that both fireplaces on the ground floor are for decorative purposes only and cannot be used.
- Pool heating is available as an optional add-on during summer stays for $75 per night, ambient outdoor temperature permitting. The temperature is kept at 75°F when provided.
- The home is just a short walk from the beach. For guests who wish to drive, parking passes are available for $50 per day.

Cancellation Policy
Rove has the following cancellation policy:
- All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
- Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
- Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.
