- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

July 2026Definitely recommend. Great communication and great customer service. They checked on us to make sure everything was going ok, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the pool at the property. Really nicely renovated and spacious home.

June 2026Pros: The house is in the perfect location, extremely close to Las Olas restaurants and bars and a quick drive to the beach. Our group loved the pool with its floats and warm water.
Cons: The 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleanliness. While the linens were all clean and beds were set up comfortably, we noticed the floor hadn’t been vacuumed (or spots were missed) as there were crumbs and dirt in the master and kitchen upon arrival. The linen closet doors have a lot of dust built up. We saw 2 roaches while there and we were only there for 1 full day (4p Fri - 10a Sun), and unfortunately just had a roach come out of one of our backpacks upon returning home. Their listing says they have pest control come but be aware there still appears to be a roach problem.

June 2026Great house and an amazing host! The property was perfect for our group size, we loved the pool, and being able to walk to restaurants was a huge plus. The host was exceptionally responsive and quickly helped us resolve a few minor issues that popped up. Thank you for a great stay!
