It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed. - Please note that, due to the local iguana population, there may occasionally be droppings in the common areas after your arrival. While our team thoroughly cleans and maintains the property, these wildlife are a protected species and their presence is beyond our control.
- Parking Details: Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
