May 2026It was such a pleasure to rent from Emily! She was extremely communicative from the start, and made sure our group had all the information we needed for our stay. The house was so cute and super spacious. 7 of us had more than enough room for the weekend. Would 100% book with Emily again, all around was the perfect trip for myself and my group of friends!

June 2026Stayed here for my sisters bachelorette trip! The house is so nice and very spacious for groups! Located in the perfect part of Santa Rosa , very close to everything. The golf cart is a big convenience!! Loved my stay here.

June 2026This was our third year staying at this beach house for our annual family trip to 30A and the first time with Emily as the new owner and host! As with previous years, we remain extremely satisfied with our stay and the property continues to live up to our high expectations. Emily has proven to be fabulous for so many reasons and we are looking forward to staying here for many years to come. We are also excited about the upgrades and continued investments Emily has planned for the property. Thank you for another relaxing vacation and many new memories to add to our family’s growing collection!

June 2026Our stay at Emily's house was wonderful. The house itself was clean and spacious! The golf cart was a wonderful addition and made our trips around 30A convenient. I would highly recommend reserving a stay at Palmetto Preserve.

July 2026We stayed at Emily's place on 30A for a week, the stay was for a group of 7. We were very pleased as the house was as beautiful as shown on the listing, clean, pretty well equipped, not only inside the house, but it was nice to have beach chairs, water toys/gadgets; a golf cart, etc.. Another thing that we appreciated was having a potent AC that made us cool indoors despite the heat after a day at the beach/pool... The community pool is close enough to be convenient, and far enough not to be impacted by any noise, there. The icing on the cake was how responsive and attentive were both Emily and her property manager, MJ. We didn't experience any issues per se, but for the general questions that we had. In the future, I'd definitely stay there again!
