- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

August 2025Rove rented out the apartment to us knowing that the next door wall on wall building was under total renovation throughout the six weeks we were there. They took advantage of AirB&B and got premium rent for it. I have put in a claim for almost 50% of the rent paid and am still waiting to hear back from them. Lesson learned.
