- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

October 2025Can't say enough about the wonderful hospitality from the Rove team. They aim to please and do a good job of it. The unit itself is well-appointed. Upscale appliances in the fully stocked kitchen. Huge walk-in shower off master bedroom. Great water pressure, plenty of storage space. And the neighborhood! Best in Manhattan. Hundreds of restaurants at your doorstop plus the Union Square greenmarket for fresh produce 4 days a week. We are already booked to return next year!

The apartment was amazing. Super spacious and the location is fabulous. Staying at Pioneer I was a major enabler of our NYC experience.
