Our private pool is heated for your comfort, so you can enjoy a relaxing swim during your stay. 💦☀️

🐾 Pets are welcome with prior approval! A pet fee applies and may vary depending on the type, breed, size, and number of pets accompanying you. Please let us know about any pets before arrival so we can confirm the applicable fee.

We kindly ask that pets are well cared for and that guests clean up after them. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if excessive pet hair, stains, odors, waste, or other pet-related cleanup beyond normal housekeeping is required.

Security Deposit Policy:

• Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold
• Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
• Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
