Home Truths:

• Please note that while the upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a traditional door, a heavy curtain is installed to ensure privacy.
• Note that a caretaker will water the plants on the private roof daily between 7–8AM. While the caretaker will not access the unit itself, they will need to use the elevator. Guests in the upstairs bedroom may be aware of some activity during this time.

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
