Rhodes Court | Chelsea | PH Duplex Loft w/ Private Terrace

I cannot say enough about this apartment! It was a wonderful experience for our family. There is fantastic light and the space is so open and happy. The outside roof deck was over the top with stunning views. We had zero issues with anything and everything was provided for us x100! We would rent here again for sure. It was the highlight of our stay. The communication and management was A++! Thank you for everything.🙏

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Chelsea condo! The private rooftop patio is incredible — with stunning views of the Empire State Building that made every morning coffee and evening glass of wine feel special. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are exceptionally comfortable — everyone slept so well. The bathrooms are modern and spotless, and the kitchen and living area had all the essentials (and more!) with plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows. The AC’s worked great and having a washer dryer was key. The entire space feels airy, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked. It’s the perfect NYC home base — we can’t wait to stay again!

This is a fabulous home in a great location for getting around the city. We traveled with two kids and it was great having space to stretch out- especially the outdoor space on the roof. The kitchen has everything needed for basic meals - for an extended stay that’s a must. The building feels very safe with very secure entry. So many great restaurants nearby to try out and within walking distance to a lot of parks, splash pads, and Hudson River. Owners have pets which isn’t an issue for us, but just a heads up for anyone with allergies.
