- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

January 2024We just returned from a 1 month stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. It’s as photographed, spacious and also quiet. The location is fantastic - a great springboard to the sights of the Village, Soho / Noho and Union Square areas.

May 2024This penthouse is comfortable, quiet, and very spacious. It's in a great location near plenty of parks, restaurants, and convenient to trains to get anywhere in the city. Rove was is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!
