- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

May 2026The stay at Rialto V was a home run. We had not heard of Rove, but became comfortable after doing some research, reading online reviews and interacting with customer service on email. We booked and then stayed for a month. The place was 'as advertised' and beautiful. Any small issues we had were handled within a couple of hours. This place made our stay in NYC so relaxing. I wish Rove was in more than 4 cities. The apartment and location were top notch.
