Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 30 Nights or Less: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

1 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 180 Nights or Less: $10,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

This spacious loft is accessible via private elevator and features a high ceiling and a cozy gas fireplace. The highlight for me was the chef's kitchen, featuring limestone countertops and top-tier appliances, ideal for both cooking and socializing. Bedrooms are amazing and have enough storage and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was incredibly responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and I'm already looking forward to returning. Thank you, Rove!
