Salisbury I | Lenox Hill | Penthouse w/ Private Roof

Nice apartment and good communication. However considering we had booked the apartment for 6 weeks and paid a small fortune we had difficulty with the WiFi, no amenities like tea or coffee and water. Most frustrating part was we asked for a slightly later checkout due to our flights however this wasn’t possible and we had cleaners knocking on the door at 10:01. Disappointing considering we raised no issues were easy to get along with and like I said paid a lot of money to stay there was frustrating to not even have 10 minutes extra let alone two hours like we asked for!!! Also be mindful of extra charges through Rose travel website after booking we ended up spending around £3000 more on this

The apartment was generally clean. However, when we arrived, the towels were still in the washing machine and were not ready to use. I think the towels should be ready when guests check in. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and we had to walk up several stairs. We had a baby stroller, so this was difficult. Carrying the stroller and luggage was very tiring. Families with children should keep this in mind. Other than that, the apartment was clean and nice. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Thank you.

The apartment was great, incredibly clean and modern, the area is great with all sort of services around, very close to the subway and a few minutes walk from 5th avenue and central park, highly recommended. Also the host very precise, overall great experience!!

Great spot- convenient location, safe, comfortable & clean! Host was very proactive on instructions, super easy to manage this stay. We would def stay again!

The proximity to Central Park was a game changer. Morning jogs and lazy afternoons in the park became a part of our daily routine.,
