Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Pets have to be registered with the building. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Home Truths:
- Note there are four levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor.
- This property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer. You can only put 16 ounces of clothes or 3/4 full in order to work correctly. Otherwise it will to shut off. Also, you cannot use the sheet of fabric softener.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

August 2023Fantastic stay in the UES. Great building and location for an extended stay. Easy to get anywhere in the city either by subway or walking. Nearby you will find Central Park, Madison Ave, and Fifth Ave. There is plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment in the surrounding neighborhood. Our host Eran was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. It was exactly what we were looking for to maximize and enjoy our holidays in NYC.
