Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

• Please note that playing loud music is not allowed at this property. Additionally, we ask guests to keep backyard noise to a minimum, especially if traveling with children, to ensure a respectful environment for neighbors.
• The entire property, including the main house, guest house, and pool house, is exclusively accessible to guests.
• If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. This covers 8 hours of pool heating scheduled during the daytime. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.
• Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.
• As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
