This stunning home features five bedrooms, including two master suites and one room with twin beds. Sunlit and spacious, the heart of the home is a well-equipped kitchen with an oversized island overlooking a large pool and landscaped grounds. Sandpoint offers a serene 20x40 gunite pool, making it an unparalleled tranquil retreat on Shelter Island.
The pool is currently closed, and will be guest-ready starting May 4, 2026.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

- Please note that playing loud music is not allowed at this property. Additionally, we ask guests to keep backyard noise to a minimum, especially if traveling with children, to ensure a respectful environment for neighbors.
- The entire property, including the main house, guest house, and pool house, is exclusively accessible to guests.
- If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional fee of $75. This covers 8 hours of pool heating scheduled during the daytime.
- The pool will open on May 4, 2026. The pool is open seasonally. If weather permits, it may remain open through the end of September and potentially into mid-October.
