What to expect
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
- FOB Access: Your FOB is required to access the building, pedestrian gates, parking garage entrance, elevator, and beach gate. Please keep it with you at all times.
- Elevator Instructions: To use the elevator, hold your FOB to the reader inside the elevator while pressing and holding your floor button.
- Rooftop Pool Access: Your FOB is required both to access the rooftop pool and to return downstairs.
- Emergency FOB: If you're locked out, an emergency FOB is available in the exterior pedestrian gate lockbox. It must be returned immediately after use so future guests, staff, and cleaners can access the building.
- Lost FOBs & Keys: FOBs and keys are in limited supply. Lost or unreturned items will incur a replacement fee.
- Parking: Do not park in the designated owner parking area on the left side of the building. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing.
- Luggage Carts: Luggage carts are not permitted inside the condo, as they may damage walls and furnishings.
- Balcony Grills: Gas and charcoal grills are prohibited on the balcony due to fire code. Electric grills are permitted.
- Baby Grand Piano: Please do not place food or drinks on or near the baby grand piano.
- Stain Prevention: Colored drinks are not permitted near the furniture or on the beds to help prevent staining.
- Departure: Before checkout, please place all used robes on top of the washing machine to avoid missing item charges.

Wow. We couldn’t have had a better stay at the Gotham House. Starting with the property: it’s exactly what we needed. Four spacious bedrooms, elegantly decorated, and unbelievable views from the expansive rooftop. Oh, and there is an in-house sauna. The location was also ideal – walking distance to the Theater District and Hudson Yards, and the West Side Highway is incredibly accessible, so it couldn’t have been easier to get downtown. Finally, the Rove Concierge team was remarkably helpful. They were responsive to all our questions leading up to our visit, and we’re a joy to work with throughout our extended stay whenever we needed assistance. Can’t recommend highly enough!
