This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.

Please note that mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request (once required if a week-long stay) with our partner host for an additional fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.

For security purposes, there are cameras in the wine cellar and in the garage.

If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Inside, the open-concept living space is filled with natural light and features a well-equipped kitchen with premium appliances, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a dining area ideal for meals at home. A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
