June 2026Sam couldn’t have been a more wonderful host. He ensured we arrived safely, helping us with all of our luggage into the apartment, and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. PLUS, when he found out it was my birthday weekend, he even stopped by to leave a gift! We loved his attention to detail and the way he went above and beyond for us. The apartment itself is lovely, bright, and cozy, a true haven after a busy workday. We loved the location; it was tucked away from the chaos but still incredibly close to all the areas we wanted to visit. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you, Sam!

January 2025Sam’s home was hands down the best air bnb experience my husband and I have ever had. We stayed here a bit over a month as we searched for a rental and Sam made us feel right at home, he was more than accomodating and was always great to communicate with. The apartment itself is gorgeous, in a great location with great amenities, great gym and is super dog friendly with a very convenient market downstairs. Would recommend this air bnb to anyone looking to visit NYC
