Beautiful views and lovely home. The massage chair was next level!!

Wonderful stay at Dawn's home, everything was perfect. She was always so responsive if we needed anything. Will be back again.

Our stay at Dawn's beautiful house was nothing short of magical. The crazy, insane mountain views of Mount Sopris, the Elk Mnt range & CapitalPeak framed by the big living room window were simply breathtaking. We also enjoyed that view from the bedrooms, back yard/patio and while soaking in the hot tub. We loved having breakfast on the sunny patio right off the well appointed kitchen, and the massage chair was a delightful surprise. The weather was really hot during our stay but we were quite comfortable with the a/c working perfectly. Everything about the house was spotless, stylish and very comfortable.When we did run into a couple of minor issues, Dawn responded immediately with warmth and efficiency, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. We left feeling grateful for our time at this amazing property.

Our stay was amazing! Dawn was easy to communicate with and understanding of my schedule. The kids had a great time and the wife loved cooking in the kitchen. So much so that she decided she wanted to cook every meal at the house instead of going out to eat. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Beautiful house, lovely area of CO to visit. There’s lots to do close by. The house was perfect for our four-person family. There was plenty of room and the lay-out was ideal. We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the patio as well as taking a soak in the hot tub after hiking or fishing. If our plans take us to Carbondale again, I would definitely re-book.

Our stay was comfortable, cozy, and connecting. Our family enjoyed sitting with coffee on the patio each morning. We also watched movies at night together. During the day we tried a bunch of restaurants, rented e bikes, shopped in Aspen, and spent time outdoors! It was a perfect weekend get away. Dawn was a fabulous host and her home is gorgeous!
