Spring House 12 | Nolita | Designer Apartment

We absolutely loved our stay at Spring House! The location is incredible—in the heart of Nolita, on the corner of Spring and Elizabeth Streets—with so many beautiful cafes, restaurants, and shops right around the corner, including lovely and peaceful Elizabeth Street Garden. You can walk everywhere from the apartment—Soho, Little Paris, Lower East Side, West Village, Tribeca, and much more, with lots of subway stations just a few minutes away. Inside the apartment is beautifully furnished, with thoughtfully selected items that provide everything you need for longer stays (including two Windmill ACs that kept the apartment always cool and pleasant, even during multiple heat waves!). Most of all, I cannot say enough good things about the Fenix Living team—Emily, Alexis, and Jay—who were incredibly kind and always responsive, making us feel always welcome and at home. This was our second time staying in a Fenix Living apartment, and we cannot wait to return in the near future!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location is unbeatable, the space is well decorated, and the hosts were very responsive. Would stay again!

Stayed here for a month for work and was perfect. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, sometimes making it hard to leave which is uncommon when in NyC. Neighborhood is perfect. Several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby, on the same block even. We never really “needed” to leave a 2 block radius. Essex market was a short walk for supplies, and Delancey Laundry mat only 3 blocks away was super friendly and convenient for laundry. Place was well stocked with necessities and host was easily reachable with any questions.
