Spring House 18 | Nolita | Designer Apartment

For a long term stay, I greatly appreciated the high quality cookware/dinnerware that made preparing meals in the unit so much more enjoyable and feasible. The location is quite busy as this is a popular street for restaurants and bars but I never recalled the noise being disruptive in any way during my stay. The window AC units were modern and kept the apartment manageable, but I wouldn’t say cool during the hottest point of the summer. The only negatives to note are that I would have liked the floors to have been cleaned more thoroughly before check-in, and staying on a high floor in a walk up building made carrying luggage to and from the room quite difficult, but I acknowledge that there is nothing the host can do about that.

Stayed here for a little longer than a month. Cons: - Dishes were not washed properly when I first arrived (food stains on glasses, etc.) - Apartment was noisy (loud bars outside, yelling tenants in building) - Apartment is four stories up, no elevator Pros: - Aside from dishes, pretty clean - Location is near a bunch of subway stops, but not near the express 4/5 (closest uptown is the local 6)
