We are available weekdays from 10am to 4pm to help answer any questions you may have, including where to eat, where to find the best coffee, etc. Also, at check-in you will be provided with instructions on how to install our ManageGo app available on iOS and Android to submit maintenance requests and to receive community updates.

And, the well-edited finishes and curated goods in our apartment are sourced from female-founded businesses like Parachute, Backdrop, Ferm Living, and more. Enjoy the apartment’s patio for dining and working al fresco, which is so unique to find in the area.

Our Roomy Studio on Spring Street has a size of around 400sf and is thoughtfully curated, beautifully designed, and well-stocked with local goods for stays over 30 days. Look forward to a modern courtyard-view studio on the ground floor, fully equipped with a dine-in kitchen, inc. a dishwasher & washer dryer, bistro table and chairs, a desk and chair, Wi-Fi, smart TV, & a spacious sleeping area with a Casper queen mattress, velvet sofa, spacious closet & patio.  We look forward to welcoming you!

Arriving by airport
We recommend you either come by taking a taxi, using the AirTrain / subway, or requesting a vehicle for hire on-demand (ie Uber or Lyft, available in the App Store).  

Arriving By Train
We recommend you refer to Maps for precise directions on the best subway routes to the property.  

Getting Around
Although taking a Yellow Taxi, subway, or Uber/Lyft are the classic ways New Yorkers get around, we recommend taking eco-friendly CitiBike, which offers standard and electric bicycles on-demand with docking stations just a short walk from the property.
