I was the first guest to stay in this furnished home and that in itself was a really special experience. This is my second rental with this host, and I’m looking forward to my third in the future! July 2024i stayed here for my first month living in NY (July 2024). great apartment, great area - right in the middle of the action. very walkable, surrounded by bars, restaurants, boutiques, etc. multiple subway stops within 10 minute walking distance so pretty easy to get everywhere. host is very friendly and very quick to respond. would be happy to stay in this or other properties in the future

October 2024You’re in the heart of SOHO! Plenty to do, see, explore, eat and SHOP. Space was clean and beautifulfully renovated. Lots of beautiful natural light from the windows. Fenix living was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I loved this experience and we will definitely be booking again with them.

August 2025We had an amazing month stay here. The apartment is well considered and furnished with high quality appliances, bedding and furniture - everything you would need for a month. The position is perfect, within a 5-20 minute walk you can be in Chinatown, LES, East Village, Soho or West Village. The team at Fenix living are also incredibly hospitable and the keyless entry is great. Highly recommend and we would stay again in a heartbeat.
