Spring House VIII | Nolita | Designer Apartment

I loved this little apartment! One of my best stays in NYC. I loved the decor, the bed was comfy, tv set up was awesome, kitchen and bathroom looked brand new!! Plenty of hot water and the air conditioning was great. I also love the neighborhood and explored some of the recommendations listed on the hosts’ guide, which were spot on. I hope I get to stay here again sometime!!

I stayed in this sweet, thoughtfully-designed apartment for a full month while in New York for work, and it was the perfect home away from home. The neighborhood is lively, particularly on the weekends, with world-class restaurants, shopping, and cultural offerings just steps away from the apartment. The hosts responded almost instantaneously whenever I had a question or request. I really enjoyed my time here, and recommend it to anyone looking for an ideally-located home base from which to explore a great city.

The apartment is really tastefully and functionally furnished. Very good bed! The location is exceptional in every way. It couldn't be better! The landlords are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Example: A clogged water drain on weekends was repaired within three hours. Cons: The apartment is dark because all windows are two three meters from the next wall (but you can often find it in NY), the staircase is not very welcoming and not all tenants are quiet.
