Such an amazing experience! The space was exactly what I needed, clean with high end furnishings, and perfect to work from home. You can tell they put a lot of thought into utilizing the space, and I really appreciated the great cookware as well as cleaning supplies. The neighborhood is amazing and is the perfect mix of lively and quiet. Fenix was incredibly responsive and prompt with any question or issue that arose, and I'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the Fenix Living! Our hosts were very helpful and responsive! We felt right an home and would definitely book again! The location is amazing and close to everything you need! Can’t wait to stay again :)

Stayed here for the summer. It’s definitely small but mostly as pictured besides the real lack of light in the main kitchen/living area. The bedroom gets super bright, but the rest is very dark - not at all how pictured. And you will have to move things around to use certain appliances (like the microwave) because it’s a bit tight. Otherwise, this place was great. The hosts are super responsive and the location is unbeatable.

My wife and I had a very good time in this Felix Living Apartment! Its location does not get better than this, with great restaurant, cafes, stores, etc. in walking distance; and being in Nolita you would have a centric location in Downtown NYC next to Soho, Little Italy and East Village. The apartment is very nice (just like the pictures) and the amenities are excellent. The hosts are very kind and helpful at all times. The only downside could be that with all the nightlife in the neighborhood, it could get somewhat noisy at nights, but we got used to it (or I guess earplugs could do the trick). Overall this apartment is a very good option to stay!
