November 2022prime location, cant be beat! comfy and quality furnishings, do note the bedroom and living room windows face the wall of the opposite building and the building’s interior - it gets next to no sunlight. having a passcode alternative to the app for unlocking doors was very helpful. there was loud renovation going on in the apartment next door for about a week during the stay. Fenix are responsive and accomodating hosts!

September 2023Fenix is a great host and was super responsive and easy to deal with. The apartment is super comfy and located in the best area in NYC. Can be a bit loud but it quiets down by 11pm or so. Definitely would stay again
