Spring House XII | Nolita | Designer Apartment

This was a very clean and new airbnb rental with cute and cozy furnishings. The hosts were very responsive and friendly which was a huge plus for me, so when anything needed repair or questions came up they were promptly answered. The location has many good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There were only a few things that I didn't love...the bathroom was incredibly small so i ended up washing my face/brush teeth in the kitchen. Also we had our older dog with us and it was just very tuff for her on the stairs. A bit of a noisy location on weekends but nothing we personally couldnt handle. Really cute spot overall and it provided what we needed :) Thanks Fenix!

Perfect spot in NoLita / Soho. Close to everything, super clean, easy to live out of for short-term or long-term rentals. Can’t recommend this spot enough.

My wife and I had an amazing month long stay here! The neighborhood quickly felt like home. Everything you needed was only a short walk away! Really easy to get uptown or downtown from this location via subway lines. Our apartment had no problems and the host was always quick to reply if we had any questions. The space itself was amazing, it looked just like the photos. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was small but cozy. Very well-furnished and usable. We had a slight problem with a door, and the host came and resolved it quickly.

Stayed here for a month for work and was perfect. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, sometimes making it hard to leave which is uncommon when in NyC. Neighborhood is perfect. Several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby, on the same block even. We never really “needed” to leave a 2 block radius. Essex market was a short walk for supplies, and Delancey Laundry mat only 3 blocks away was super friendly and convenient for laundry. Place was well stocked with necessities and host was easily reachable with any questions.
