December 2022We lived in this apartment as a studying couple for four months. There was enough space, especially the closet space is very large. The apartment is as beautiful as it looks on the photos. Everything was very clean and the interior design is very thoughtful. The apartment had everything. We didn’t miss a single thing. The Wi-Fi is great and will allow you to study/work from home with your partner. Also the neighbourhood is very nice: Everything you need is in walking distance (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats etc). The only thing to be aware of is that the neighbourhood can be pretty busy, hence it was sometimes noisy due to traffic/people/bars etc. But we didn’t find that too disturbing.
But most importantly: Fenix‘s team, especially Alexis and Jay, we’re incredible. We could reach them literally 24/7 and would get an answer within an hour every time. They arranged help whenever we needed it within a very short time span.
We recommend this apartment 10/10!

February 2023In the heart of downtown, great location. Close to the best shops, pizza, nightlife and restaurants in nyc. Place was well curated and clean. It’s close to a few bars so there is some noise on the weekends but that’s expected. Overall great place with all the basics you need.

May 2025I stayed here for a month and had an amazing experience! The apartment is beautifully designed, super comfortable, and felt like a real home. It had everything I needed for an extended stay, and the natural light throughout the day made it even more inviting.
The location is unbeatable if you enjoy the vibrant energy of downtown Manhattan—there’s always something happening, great food and coffee spots around every corner, and that unmistakable NYC vibe. Yes, it can be lively at night, but that’s part of what makes the neighborhood so exciting.
Communication with the hosts was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. I’d recommend this place above anything else for anyone wanting a true New York experience. I’d come back in a heartbeat!
